The PG-2 Pulse Generator is designed for mapping and tracing lines without the need of electrical wires, PVC, metal, galvanized – it works. The Pulse Generator is rechargeable, using a standard USB cable (included) and can be charged on the fly using the USB plug standard in most modern vehicles, just in case. Using a listening device, like the Soil Probe or the Deck Plate from LeakTronics, or your own sub-surface listening equipment; you’re able to mark the location of buried pipes. This means that when you’re ready to listen for leaks, you will know exactly where you’re listening to get the job done fast and effectively. Simply attach the PG-2 Pulse Generator to any active spigot on the line, or adapt it to a pool return or sprinkler valve with a stand pipe.
