Deck Plate

The Deck Plate is a key component that makes LeakTronics Pro Complete and Plumbers Leak Detection Kits truly comprehensive. Pipes and plumbing lines run beneath slabs, lawns, foundations, and patios. Whether under pressure from the water source or from a technician applying pressure, they will produce a distinct noise at the leak. The Deck Plate provides that sound for precise locating.

The Deck Plate provides direct contact with the surface across its entire area, removing the need for rubber rings or prongs to lift the plate off the surface. While either of the two Deck Plates meets a technician's needs, their size difference is designed to work ergonomically with the specific situation.

For pool work, the smaller deck plate provides easier access between coping and deck edges, as well as along water features, because of its smaller size, which fits into tighter spaces.

For plumbers, the larger Deck Plate can more easily cover a wider floor area, larger slab regions, and foundations with its bigger diameter. It can be used on concrete and tar surfaces, sidewalks, driveways, slabs, foundations, brick, tile, or wooden flooring. The Deck Plate is designed to detect leaks through solid surfaces.

Because the Deck Plate connects directly to the LT-1000 Amplifier in any of your kits (Plumbers Kit, Pro Complete, Pro Kit, etc.), it functions smoothly with your current LeakTronics equipment.
