Subject: Leak Detection Equipment for Rural Piped Water System in Chikwina, Malawi

To Whom It May Concern:

Engineering Ministries International’s (EMI) would like to express our extreme gratitude to LeakTronics regarding your provision of leak detection equipment to assist our most recent project in Chikwina, Malawi. Much effort was needed to acquire the equipment on such late notice, and your staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our request. Our ministry partner, World Vision Malawi (WVM), is also very grateful for this service you have provided.
We hope that you share our enthusiasm for the impact that this equipment will make. Its purpose is to service a water pipeline for clean water distribution to a population of up to 40,000 people! EMI has partnered with WVM in order to troubleshoot and commission this water system so that it will provide a sustainable source of safe drinking water for many years to come. Leak control is a major component to the sustainability of any water system and it has been one of the major obstacles that have kept this particular system from functioning properly. Acquiring this leak detection equipment will help the people of Chikwina achieve much-needed system sustainability.
Again, thank you for your efforts in aiding us on this project. We are encouraged by LeakTronics desire to serve those in need around the world and we look forward to any future opportunities we have to work together.

Sincerely,

Jason Chandler, P.E.
