Continuing the series, Turning Leak Detection into Repair Work, we are sharing the repair work on a raised spa / bond beam break that we showed last week when we performed the leak detection.
The root damage caused by nearby growth led to the damage, and ultimately the leaks we heard and repaired. in the video, we carefully remove the coping brickwork for re-installation later, then we pop off the tiles, rebuild the bond beam and replace the tile and coping to completely repair the damage and to give the customer a water tight pool/spa to enjoy.
