This intensive, one-day in-person training puts you in the water with LeakTronics’ advanced specialty equipment, so you leave confident on real jobs. You’ll work in a purpose-built pool with LIVE leaks so every exercise feels like a real service call from hookup to final diagnosis.

What you’ll learn (start to finish job flow)

• Leak detection reporting using the LeakTronics App (professional documentation & reporting standards) 

• Initial client consultation (communication & assessment)

• Visual inspection (common leak indicators & problem areas)

• Acoustic listening (“drop mic” in pool)

• Underwater testing: visual mirror, static cone, dye testing & diving

• Pressure testing (confirm, isolate, rule out) 

• Hydrodome operation (best practices & real use cases)

You’ll also get hands-on time with hydrophone technology and inspection tools like the 1.5" HHVP camera, CamVac, CamScan, and pressure testing workflows used in the field. 

Requirements before you arrive

• Mandatory: All participants must complete LeakTronics online training before attending the hands-on session.

• Travel & lodging are pay-on-own (plan your trip to Agoura Hills, California).

• Bring your smartphone/tablet/laptop for notes and access to materials.

• Training times are approximate and may adjust based on group progress.
